Every day 1.7 million packages are stolen or lost in the US, costing businesses $25 million daily. Despite some retailers and package delivery companies making an effort to stop porch piracy, much of this burden is still put on the consumer.
If you purchase our SHIPPING PROTECTION
We will file a claim with the shipping company and then send out a replacement item within 24 hours (M-F) to you. Instead of waiting for the shipping company to complete their investigation, we ship your replacement out ahead of time. Our team will handle the claim and work directly with the shipping. The shipping company will proceed with their investigation as usual and may contact you for additional details.
If you do NOT purchase the Shipping Protection
We will start a claim with the shipping company and start an in house investigation. We require 3 business days (M-F) to conduct an in house investigation. If you are concerned about theft, please purchase the Shipping Protection or use a shipping address to a business or other safe place. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or mis-delivered packages.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms.
1. Products
Minor bubbles, spots and color differences of glass cups are normal, not defects. Most glasses are not microwave or fire safe.
2. Payment & Orders
All prices exclude import taxes and duties. We may cancel suspicious orders. Out-of-stock items will be fully refunded.
3. Shipping
Shipping takes 7-25 business days. Shipping delays are not guaranteed. All shipping risks belong to the buyer after shipment.
4. Broken Item Policy
- Claim within 48 hours after delivery.
- Unboxing video and photos are required.
- Only one free reshipment or partial refund for verified damage.
- Man-made damage is non-refundable.
5. Returns
14-day return for unused & original packaged items. Buyer covers return shipping and customs fees.
6. Disclaimer
Improper use (extreme temperature, collision) is at the buyer's own risk.
7. Tax & Customs
Buyer is responsible for all import fees. No shipping refund for buyer-caused customs detention.
8. Others
We protect user privacy. We are not liable for force majeure events.
